Tooling Design
We have years of experience creating advanced tooling for part accuracy and superior surface finishes. In some cases, our parts come out of the tool ready for assembly. Sharp edges, built-in features and less hand finishing gives your product tighter tolerances at a lower cost.
Functional and Flight Testing
In addition to functional and load testing to validate design, we have flight testing capabilities for your small components. We utilize two platforms with a speed range of 45 to 235 knots to allow video flow analysis, as well as structural, environmental, and vibration testing.
